Mount Isa City Council

Mount Isa acknowledges and pays our respects to the Traditional Owners of our region, the Kalkadoon people. The Kalkadoons have followed patterns of hunting and gathering, fishing and trade for many thousands of years before the arrival of the first Europeans. We extend this respect to all elders past, present and future, and other First Peoples within our region.
